A B O U T
SILICON TREE is an Indie Pop/Rock band formed in Brussels in 2011.
After a few concerts and two self-produced demos, the project really took off in 2014 when the current band members joined the project.
SILICON TREE got noticed during the 2014 Emergenza final in Belgium, and was approached by the record label Moonzoo to record its first studio album. The album “Another Road” got released in 2015.
Since then, SILICON TREE has made more than 100 live concerts, mainly in Belgium and in France.
Inspired by a wide range of Pop, Rock and Folk music, SILICON TREE elegantly switch between energy and emotion, and between electric and acoustic sounds, building their music on catchy lyrics and very powerful melodies.
SILICON TREE 's music draws on a wide range of popular music, influenced by bands such as Radiohead (first albums), Pixies, dEUS, Placebo, Last Shadow Puppets, Travis, Neil Young and many more.
